OUR APPROACH

How are lessons personalised?
Based on the initial information provided, we begin the first session with an initial assessment, to get an in depth understanding of their current level, strengths and areas of improvement. We then create a tailored plan aligned with their goals- whether that be catching up, preparing for exams or just simply building confidence. Lessons are then continuously adapted based on progress and weekly feedback sessions.
How long are sessions?
Sessions can either be 30minutes, 45minutes or 1hour long- dependent upon your preference as well as your child’s educational needs.
How do we book sessions?
Upon purchasing a tutoring pack, an email will be sent asking for further information regarding the student, a complementary introductory call will be set up in which scheduling of sessions can take place.
Do you communicate with parents?
Parents will be given a brief update after each session, as well as a more in-depth progress report monthly via email. Emails and messages are monitored 8am-8.30pm Monday to Friday and 8am-4pm Saturdays.
What is your cancellation policy?
We know life gets busy, especially during the school year. If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations between the 12-24hr window will be charged 50% of the session fee. Late cancellations within 12hrs notice will be charged the full session fee, since that time has been set aside for your child.
If your student is unwell or there is an unexpected situation, just reach out — we are always happy to work with families when possible.

We currently offer lessons in Bromley, Orpington, Sidcup, Bexley, Chislehurst, and Swanley. Please contact us if you're unsure whether we cover your specific area.
